Coverage Needed December 10, 2023 - March 31, 2024 Schedule Clinic and Call 12 hour shifts 1-2 weeks +3 Clinic days a week Two weeks a month preferred 2 Providers Needed Clinical Details Inpatient/outpatient 20 Patients per shift Trauma Level 2 27 Exam rooms OB/GYN group 12-15 Lab, Ultrasound, on site Busy enough that providers plan to stay in the hospital. 15 Clinic avg Patients per day 15 Hospital avg Patients per day 3-6 Deliveries per week 30% GYN 5-10 Surgical GYN 25% C-Section ICU Rare 1-2 ER Consults daily on call Requirements Board Certified/Board Eligible Active License in OR BLS Provide Advanced Practice Provider Supervision CNM group, provide consult for NP"s in clinic Call Beeper In house Response 20 Mins Call is not required if in-house: Busy enough that providers plan to stay in the hospital.
