Company: Navancio LLC Location: Joint Base Pearl Harbor–Hickam (JBPHH), Hawaii (On-site) Job Type: Full-time, 40 hours per week Pay: $120,000–$145,000 annually *Job Summary* Navancio LLC is seeking a Web Developer to support the government at Joint Base Pearl Harbor–Hickam (JBPHH), Hawaii. The Web Developer will develop, configure, administer, secure, and troubleshoot enterprise web-mapping applications and the supporting geospatial infrastructure. The Web Developer must have extensive experience with Esri ArcGIS Desktop and ArcGIS Server solutions, web-development technologies, server-side software, and technical problem-solving in a Department of Defense environment. *Required Qualifications* * Bachelor’s degree. * Minimum of five years of experience using, configuring, and administering Esri ArcGIS Desktop and ArcGIS Server solutions. * Ability to modify existing web-mapping applications or create new applications using JavaScript, Dojo AMD, HTML5, and CSS. * Proficiency with server-side software, including Internet Information Services (IIS), ArcSDE, ArcGIS Server, and Oracle. * Experience troubleshooting desktop, web, database, and server issues in a Department of Defense environment. * Strong written, verbal, and public-speaking communication skills. * Willingness and ability to work collaboratively as part of a team. * Current CompTIA Security+ certification. This is a mandatory screening qualification. *Desired Qualifications* * Master of Science degree in a scientific or technical discipline. * Experience with and knowledge of advanced relational database concepts. * Experience with the Department of the Air Force GEO Program. * Proficiency with additional web-development technologies, including HTML, HTML5, CSS, JSP, ASP, JavaScript, AJAX, JSON, REST, and SQL. * Experience designing user-friendly websites and interfaces. * Familiarity with SharePoint, Apache Tomcat, Java Development Kit (JDK), and the Apache Tomcat Connector (mod\_jk). * Experience securing web-mapping applications. * Proficiency configuring and administering Oracle databases. * Knowledge of the Spatial Data Standards for Facilities, Infrastructure, and Environment (SDSFIE). * Ability to produce clear and effective technical documentation. *Security Clearance* Applicant must be a U.S. Citizen and have the ability to obtain a *Secret* clearance. *Work Location* This is a full-time, on-site position located at Joint Base Pearl Harbor–Hickam (JBPHH), Hawaii.
