Your key responsibilities will include:Assessing, diagnosing, and managing both acute and chronic kidney disorders, including chronic kidney disease (CKD), hypertension, electrolyte imbalances, glomerular diseases, and end-stage renal disease (ESRD).Overseeing patients undergoing dialysis and developing comprehensive care plans for those being evaluated for kidney transplants and their post-transplant care.Working in partnership with primary care physicians, cardiologists, endocrinologists, and other specialists to ensure integrated and coordinated patient care.Providing education to patients on kidney disease prevention, lifestyle adjustments, and treatment options to support long-term kidney health and overall wellness.Qualifications:Essential qualifications for the Nephrologist role include:Graduation from an accredited medical institution.Board Certified or Board Eligible in Nephrology.Possession of an active New York State Medical License.About Us:Our mission is rooted in community commitment.
