Technical Program Manager

Overview As Technical Program Manager, you will coordinate the development of an AI-driven vulnerability operations platform across researchers, engineers, and government stakeholders. You’ll translate evolving technical capabilities into a disciplined product roadmap with predictable releases. You’ll manage dependencies, accreditation timelines, and deployment planning for diverse environments while maintaining architectural insight to assess scope, risk, and schedules. ResponsibilitiesLead roadmap and release planning for an AI-powered vulnerability platformManage cross-team dependencies among model providers and third-party componentsCoordinate accreditation and deployment timelines across environmentsMaintain technical depth to evaluate estimates and communicate scope, schedule, and riskTranslate technical capability into a production-ready product for government stakeholdersTrack program metrics and provide status visibility to leadership and customers Key requirements10+ years of professional experience in technical program management, engineering management, or product development with software production deliveryExperience owning technical delivery from concept to production release across multiple engineering disciplines without direct authorityTechnical fluency to review design docs, evaluate estimates, and manage architecture-level dependenciesHands-on engineering background preferredExperience deploying software at scale across cloud, on-premises, and air-gapped/classified environmentsExperience in government or regulated environments with accreditation timelines (RMF, ATO, continuous ATO)Experience managing AI/ML or agentic components within programsProven ability to communicate status, risk, and tradeoffs to engineers, executives, and stakeholdersEffective cross-team communicationRisk identification and mitigation planningAgile, Scrum, SAFe, or Kanban experience at program levelSDLC and DevSecOpsCI/CD and release engineeringCloud and on-prem infrastructure, Kubernetes
