They will work across the full software development lifecycle, delivering scalable solutions for processing-intensive analytics, large data sets, real-time systems, and enterprise applications.In this role, they will collaborate with engineers, stakeholders, and customers to design high-performing software solutions, evaluate technical trade-offs, and implement reusable, modular components that support multiple applications and mission needs. Their expertise will help drive performance optimization, technical innovation, and long-term system sustainability.Candidates will excel in this role if they have the following experience:Have extensive experience designing and developing full-stack software solutionsEnjoy solving complex performance and scalability challengesAre proficient with modern JavaScript frameworks such as React, Vue, or AngularHave strong object-oriented development experience using Java and JavaScriptUnderstand how to design modular, reusable software componentsCan balance technical excellence with customer-focused solution deliveryEnjoy mentoring developers and influencing technical direction across teamsRequirementsSecurity Clearance:Must currently hold a Top Secret/SCI U.S. Government security clearance with a favorable Polygraph, therefore all candidates must be a U.S. citizenMinimum Qualifications:Bachelor's or Advanced Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or other technical discipline14 years of experience architecting, developing, and maintaining software solutions, with an emphasis on performance optimizationsRequired Skills:Experience with all aspects of full stack developmentExperience with modern JavaScript frameworks such as React, Vue, or AngularExperience developing software using object-oriented languages such as Java and JavaScriptExperience designing and developing modular, reusable software componentsFamiliarity with Section 508 accessibility requirementsExperience working throughout the software development lifecycle, including design, testing, deployment, and sustainmentDesired Skills:Experience developing web-based geospatial applications using tools such as Leaflet.jsTechnical leadership, team lead, or mentoring experienceProactive technical customer service and stakeholder engagement experienceExperience optimizing solutions across multiple applications, teams, or technologyExperience using CI/CD pipelines for consistent deliveryThis position is open for direct hires only.
