Role Description We are seeking a dedicated Mental Health Therapist for a full-time hybrid position based in Commack, NY, with flexibility for some remote work. The role involves performing assessments, developing treatment plans, and providing individual, group, and family therapy sessions. The therapist will be responsible for case management tasks, collaborating with clients, families, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive care and positive outcomes. Administrative documentation and maintaining compliance with clinical standards are also key aspects of the role. Qualifications Proficiency in Treatment Planning and Case ManagementStrong knowledge and experience in Social Work and Mental Health servicesExperience providing Family Therapy and individual counselingAbility to create a supportive and empathetic client environmentExcellent listening, communication, and interpersonal skillsMaster's degree or higher in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related fieldValid state licensure as an LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, or equivalent in New YorkExperience in clinical documentation and adhering to ethical standards
