Property Accountant

Property Accountant Columbus, OH | Hybrid Up to $80k base We are helping a Columbus‑based real estate group hire a Property Accountant to support a growing portfolio. This is a hybrid role with a solid team, manageable workload, and a lot of ownership over your work. This person will handle day‑to‑day accounting for multiple properties, including month‑end close, journal entries, bank recs, and financial reporting. You’ll also work closely with property management on CAMs, questions from the field, and general accounting support as things come up. They’re looking for someone with real estate or property accounting experience who’s comfortable managing multiple entities and deadlines. Experience with Yardi, MRI, or similar systems is helpful but not required.
