Responsibilities Include: Bill all New and Used car deals into accounting. Process pay-off checks for trade-ins and mail to appropriate financial institutions in a timely manner. Process dealer trades in and out. Generate and maintain the salesperson’s commission reports and list of commissions on-hold. Route paid deals to the tag and title clerk for processing as soon as money is received Rdr all new and CPO deals to the factory Review 100% of documents for accuracy (customer, lien holder, manufacturer and financial information) Reconciles various General ledger schedules. Post funding entries retrieved from banking activity. Weekly tracking of deals out Provide administrative support to management, other departments and employees. Any other duties as assigned by supervisor. Qualifications: The ideal candidate will be willing to learn and collaborate with team members. 2+ years of prior Accounting Billing Specialist experience Prior CDK experience preferred. Prior Routeone experience a plus High caliber of self-motivation Excellent customer service, problem solving, and analytical skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills Working knowledge of dealership process Ability to work independently, remain flexible, and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. High level attention to detail and organization Strong Mathematical ability Proficient in Microsoft Office Must pass pre-employment background check.
