Job Description Training/Base pay rate of $17.00 per hour.Before applying for this role, please read the following information about this opportunity found below.The Base rate increases .50 upon completion of 60 days of employment.We have a Guaranteed Hourly Rate of $20.00 per hour upon completion of training through your first 9 months.This allows time to build your bonus and commission skills.If your post-training base rate, plus bonuses and commission don't bring you to the Guaranteed Hourly Rate, we will increase your pay.However, the earning potential is much higher!
