Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, test, and deploy RPA solutions, primarily using UiPathBuild and maintain UI‑based automations to streamline business and data processesDevelop automation scripts and logic using PythonSupport analytics and data workflows using tools such as Alteryx, Snowflake, Tableau, and Power BICollaborate with project managers and developers to align automation work with sprint goals and delivery timelinesAnalyze existing manual processes and recommend automation opportunitiesTroubleshoot, optimize, and document automation solutionsRequired Qualifications2–3+ years of experience in RPA development, automation engineering, or analytics developmentHands‑on experience with UiPath (or comparable RPA platforms)Strong proficiency in PythonExperience working with data and analytics toolsFamiliarity with Agile/Scrum development environmentsStrong problem‑solving and documentation skillsAbility to work onsite in Orlando at least 3 days per week (non‑negotiable)Preferred QualificationsPrior experience in hybrid RPA + analytics rolesExposure to low‑code platforms such as MendixUnderstanding of project delivery frameworks and backlog‑driven developmentUiPath certifications (preferred, not required)
