Job Summary Experience the best office in the world teaching ski and snowboard instruction to guests of all ages. Instructors will deliver quality instruction to groups and individuals, providing world-class guest service in a safe and fun environment. Job Specifications Starting Wage: $20.00 /hr (minimum base wage; additional teaching incentives available) Employment Type: Winter Seasonal 2026/2027 Shift Type: Part-time hours available; full-time instructors will have variable hours depending on business volume Minimum Age: 16 years Housing Availability: Yes Employee Benefits Free employee ski/mountain passes and discounted lift tickets for friends and family; free ski lessons Additional discounts on lodging, food, gear and mountain shuttles 401(k) retirement plan Employee assistance program Excellent training and professional development Referral program Job Responsibilities Teach group and private lessons Work with guests of all ages, with a focus on children Deliver world-class guest service Create a safe and fun learning environment Support all needs of the snow sports school: scanning, operating surface lifts, facilitating lunch, fitting equipment Provide guest feedback that inspires and creates lifelong skiers Perform additional duties as assigned Job Requirements Comfortable and competent skiing on groomed blue terrain Willingness to work with guests of all ages and be comfortable with children aged 3 and older Fluently communicate in English Willingness to work weekends, holidays and meet minimum scheduling requirements Comfortable wearing ski boots for extended periods Placement contingent upon successful completion of training and meeting minimum skill, guest service and safety standards As a non-certified ski instructor, you may work across multiple departments to support the one-resort mentality, including lift experience, mountain activities, food & beverage support, base area operations, and retail rental operations.
