Senior Program Analyst

Overview In this role you will support the PMA-265 F/A-18 Radar & EW IPTs at NAVAIRSYSCOM, driving program management through budgeting, scheduling, and reporting. You will bridge government, contractor, and field teams to keep the program on track and transparent. You’ll develop briefs, dashboards, and forecasts while identifying process improvements to accelerate execution. This position offers hands-on, onsite collaboration in a fast-paced defense environment with meaningful impact on mission-ready systems.
