This position is responsible for end-to-end reporting, dashboard development, and advanced analysis across operational and digital channels.ResponsibilitiesReporting & AnalyticsDesign, build, and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports and dashboards using BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, QlikView, or equivalent)Translate business questions into analytical frameworks; deliver clear, data-driven insights and recommendations to leadershipConduct ad hoc analysis to support strategic initiatives, performance reviews, and process improvement effortsMonitor KPIs and performance trends; proactively surface anomalies and opportunities to stakeholdersData Management & Operational SupportWrite and optimize SQL queries to extract, transform, and validate data from multiple source systemsEnsure data quality and integrity across reporting outputs; document data lineage and definitionsCollaborate with operations to analyze performance of outbound communication channels including email, voice, SMS, and online self-serviceAssist in the creation and QA of digital communications and campaign reportingCollaboration & CommunicationPartner cross-functionally with operations, compliance, IT, and leadership to understand data needs and deliver solutionsPresent findings and dashboards in business reviews and stakeholder meetingsMentor junior analysts and contribute to team knowledge-sharing practicesMinimum Qualification:Bachelor's degree in data science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field requiredRequired skills:SQL skills; ability to write complex queries, CTEs, and stored proceduresBI/Visualization platforms (Power BI, Tableau, QlikView, Looker, or equivalent)Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel including pivot tables, advanced formulas, and data modelingDemonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and deliver accurate outputs in a fast-paced environmentStrong written and verbal communication skills; ability to present data insights to non-technical audiencesHigh attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy
