We are driven by the long-term impact our work has on the communities we serve.ROLE OVERVIEW:BOWA Construction is looking for a talented Project Director that has a personal and professional interest in executing management of construction on large construction projects. This individual will report to the Project Vice President and be responsible for implementing construction execution, processes and principles at the Kay Bailey Hutchison Convention Center in Dallas, TX. This is a great opportunity for a candidate interested in making a positive impact on the largest construction project currently in Texas.ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Establishes operational objectives and work plans, delegates assignments to subordinate managersReviews objectives to determine success of operationDevelops, modifies, executes company policies that affect immediate operations and may have company-wide effectWorks on issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth knowledge of organizational objectivesImplements strategic policies when selecting methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining resultsOversee the administration of projects during the construction cycle including technical, financial, and client satisfactionAccountable for the development, coordination, and execution of the planning, design and/or construction management activities and personnel under individual’s direction on a day-to-day basisMINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:Bachelor’s degree in construction, engineering, architecture or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education10+ years of experience in a relevant role and leadership capacity in this fieldAbility to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlinesPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:PMI Project Management Professional (PMP)CMAA Certified Construction Manager (CCM)OSHA 10-Hour ConstructionOSHA 30-Hour ConstructionExcellent communication and problem-solving skillsLEED Accredited ProfessionalADDITIONAL INFORMATION:This position does not include sponsorship for United States work authorizationThis position does not include relocation assistanceBENEFITS:Medical, Dental, Vision Insurance - 70% Employer contribution & Employee HSA contribution*Performance Based Bonuses - % of base salaryParental LeaveBasic Life and AD&D InsuranceShort Term & Long-Term Disability Insurance401(k) with company matchPaid Vacation, Sick Time, & HolidaysEmployee Assistance Program (advocates to help manage and control stress levels and everyday life for you and/or your family)
