Crepe Maker

The Crêpe Maker is responsible for preparing crêpes, efficiently and accurately in front of our customers, while delivering exceptional customer service. What we will ask of you: · Prepare food for service (e.g. slicing vegetables, preparing sauces, etc) · Set up and stock stations with necessary supplies at start and end of shift. · Cook crêpes in cooperation with the rest of the team · Ensure food comes out quickly in a high-quality fashion · Follow recipe and portion control guidelines · Clean up station and take care of leftover product · Comply with hygiene/sanitation regulations and safety standards Requirements for Success: ● Able to lift 30+ pounds ● Fluent in both written and spoken English ● Polished personal presentation; grooming meets Company standards, as outlined by Employee Handbook ● Available to work nights, weekends and holidays, and variable schedule, per the needs of the business ● Can walk, stand, and/or bend continuously and for extended periods as required to perform essential job ● Perform essential job functions under pressure, maintain professionalism when working under stress with colleagues and customers ● Accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks ● Strong communication and time management skills ● Attention to detail and mathematical skills ● Basic PC knowledge and familiarity with electronic equipment WHY WORK FOR AN ETHOS HOSPITALITY COMPANY?
