Analog Devices, in California, is seeking a Project Reliability Engineer to lead strategic reliability initiatives for semiconductor components and modules. You will define qualification plans, perform stress tests, analyze results, and present findings to management.
You will interface with Design, Test, Fab, Assembly/Packaging, and suppliers, conduct special studies for new technologies, and contribute to reports and process improvements.
