Senior Full Stack Software Engineer

Opening / Selling Statement: A Senior Full Stack Web and Java Software Engineer is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining web applications that meet the needs of clients and users. They are expected to have a deep understanding of both front-end and back-end development, as well as experience with Java programming language. They should be able to work independently or as part of a team to develop software solutions that meet business requirements. This is a contract to hire position based out of Pilsen, Chicago as the resource is expected to be in the office for 3 days. Required Skills:Full StackAzureJavaReactSQL, NoSQLTDD Job Duties: ? Designing and developing web applications using Java programming language ? Familiar with Docker and Containerization ? PAAS - Cloud Foundry / OpenShift ? Experienced with Test Driven Development (TDD) ? Developing front-end website architecture using React Framework ? Designing user interactions on web pages ? Developing back-end website applications ? Creating servers and databases for functionality Azure SQL or Cosmos DB ? Ensuring responsiveness of applications ? Working alongside graphic designers for web design features ? Seeing through a feature from conception to finished product ? Designing and developing APIs Job Requirements: ? Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. ? 5+ years of experience as a full stack engineer, experience with javascript, React framework, SQL & NoSQL databases, TDD ? Familiarity with Docker and containerization, experience with creating apis, front end and backend development ? Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to architect complex systems ? Strong communication and collaboration skills, capable of working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. ?
