The Shift Manager is a full-time supervisory role responsible for daily restaurant operations, team hiring and training, directing staff activities, and ensuring compliance with company policies to achieve customer satisfaction, morale, sales, and profit goals.Key responsibilities include managing profitability through planning, cash control, cost management, labor efficiency, and inventory; maintaining customer satisfaction by delivering quality service and resolving complaints; overseeing food quality, sanitation, and facility maintenance; leading and developing team members; implementing marketing initiatives; and handling administrative functions such as scheduling, reporting, and inventory management.Qualifications require flexibility to work varied shifts, a valid driver’s license, physical agility, strong communication skills, and the ability to maintain composure under stress. The role reports to the RGM and holds the second highest position in the restaurant, with responsibilities emphasizing operational excellence, team leadership, and customer focus.
