Population Served: Children 8 years and older Years in Operation: 12 years What You'll Actually Be Doing (aka no surprises later):Manage a clinical caseload while providing high-quality ABA services focused on life skills and meaningful outcomes for older learners Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and supervise RBTs/technicians supporting your clients Collaborate with leadership and the Clinical Director to ensure ethical, trauma-informed care practices Support the development of clinical programming designed for older children and adolescents Contribute to a growing organization that is expanding clinics while maintaining high clinical standards Caseload & Support Transparency (because details matter):Caseload size: ~8Billable hour expectations: 28 hours per week Compensation & Perks (real ones):Base salary: $75-85KBonus structure: $25/hour bonus for billable hours above 28 per weekPTOHealth benefits: Medical, Dental, and VisionPaid Holidays: CEU support: All CEU's covered (internal and external opportunities) Supervision/mentorship provided: Strong clinical leadership and growth pathways Schedule flexibility / remote options: Hybrid schedule (3 days in clinic / 2 days remote) If it's listed here, it's real.
