Job DescriptionGreet guests and take orders; ensure transactions are done accurately and timely; prepare order received according to established policies and procedures; ensure food facilities are kept clean and maintained at all times; keep shelves and fridges stocked at all times (some lifting required); maintain sanitary conditions; following company guidelines; present order to guests in a professional manner; ensuring meal presentation reflects the established guidelines; prepare food. Key Responsibilities: Make a great first impression: smile and greet each guestShow a sense of urgency and have a drop everything attitude.Get to know your guests and make them regulars.Look sharp and be on time for all scheduled shifts.Job Requirements• Be willing to take coaching, learn the brand, and apply what you learn from shift to shift. • Follow all safety and sanitation standards as required • Have reliable transportation, a positive attitude, and a solid work ethic. • Ability to stand, bend, reach and scoop throughout assigned shifts.
