Utilize cutting-edge technologies, including AWS, Terraform, Docker, and GitLab, to enhance delivery processes. Mentor team members on infrastructure best practices and operational excellence to elevate organizational capabilities. Stay ahead of industry trends in cloud infrastructure, DevOps, and platform engineering to drive continuous improvement. Work in a dynamic and collaborative setting, leveraging your expertise to influence technical and business stakeholders effectively.DevSecOps Engineer Key Responsibilities & Duties Design and maintain AWS-based cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure-as-Code tools like Terraform and Docker. Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines in GitLab to ensure secure and efficient software delivery. Implement DevSecOps practices, including security scanning, vulnerability management, and compliance automation. Define and enforce cloud governance policies, cost management, and architectural standards across the organization. Build observability and monitoring solutions to enhance system reliability and incident response. Partner with cybersecurity teams to ensure audit readiness and adherence to control frameworks. Accelerate developer productivity through self-service tooling and standardized deployment patterns. Mentor engineers on cloud architecture and operational excellence, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Stay informed on emerging technologies to drive innovation and technical direction within the organization.DevSecOps Engineer Job Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field, or equivalent experience. Minimum of 8 years in platform engineering, DevOps, or infrastructure roles, with deep AWS expertise. Proficiency with Infrastructure-as-Code tools, such as Terraform or CloudFormation. Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and serverless architectures, including Lambda. Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipeline management, preferably using GitLab. Expertise in DevSecOps practices, including security scanning and compliance automation. Familiarity with cloud governance, cost optimization, and architectural best practices. AWS certifications are preferred but not mandatory. Excellent analytical and communication skills to influence technical and business stakeholders effectively.
