The Honeyman Agency - VIP Account Manager

The Honeyman Agency is a boutique Fashion PR Agency focused on VIP and celebrity dressing. Our client roster boasts an array of dynamic global fashion brands including Toteme, Magda Butrym and Christopher Esber. We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced candidate to manage our VIP and Showroom team. The ideal candidate will be expected to have strong relationships with the world’s leading fashion stylists, publicist contacts and industry agencies and be able to help lead the VIP team. The successful candidate must have a solid background with a minimum of 2-3 years VIP and celebrity experience in the fashion industry, solid relationships with stylists, and a strong interest in relevant pop culture.Key Responsibilities:Productively monitoring potential celebrity/VIP opportunities for upcoming red carpet, press junket, and street style placements.Overseeing reporting send outs, coverage achieved and forthcoming coverage and collating coverage and data for monthly reports.Managing the VIP teamDiscovering and nurturing relations with new talent.Leading client meetings and special eventsWorking alongside events team on attendance procurement and creative initiativesHost stylist appointments in showroomVet and facilitate VIP requestsLead celebrity seeding effortsOversee management of sample activity and showroom inventoryBe a thoughtful and empowering manager of our purpose-driven agency; manage and help lead our VIP team team to drive client goals and KPIs with guidance from The Honeyman Agency’s Senior ManagementOversee the day-to-day account management of The Honeyman Agency’s clients and serve as main contact; collaborate with clients on their visual assets, deliverables, and internal timelinesSkills and qualities required:Knowledge of key stylists, publicists, managers, and influencer contactsExperience of team leadershipKnowledge of all media including strong understanding of digital landscape and social media platformsCreative thinker and extremely detail orientedProven track record of dressing celebrities, a database of top stylists, influencers and socials.Hard-working and proactive candidate who is enthusiastic, works well within a team and has a passion for celebrity/VIP relations across all sectors.An understanding of the luxury fashion industry is vital.Highly proficient with tools including Fashion GPS/Launchmetrics, MS Word, Excel, Canva, PowerPoint, Dropbox, Google programs, Cision, Muck Rack and social media platformsAvailability and willingness to travel domestically and internationallyAble to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work on multiple projects simultaneously2-3 Years of ExperienceEffective leadership qualities and proactive attitude with managing projects and responsibilities and track record of growing a teamOversee monitoring processes for press coverage and reporting to clients; oversee completion of monthly status reports and ensure delivery to client; work internal teams on regular updating of client press books and reportsWork with company founders in brainstorming and presenting unique opportunities to continue to elevate and deepen The Honeyman Agency’s profile in the industryPlease send resumes for the position to
