Quality Focal Point (QFP) 102 Infrastructure Division — NSWC Crane

ApplyJob TypeFull-timeDescriptionATSI is seeking a motivated QFP to provide quality management support to the 102 Infrastructure Division at NSWC Crane in alignment with ISO 9001:2015 standards. The selected candidate must obtain full NSWC Crane QFP certification within 18 months of appointment and is expected to begin performance with a foundational understanding of ISO 9001:2015.ResponsibilitiesSupport the Division Head and Quality Management Office through participation in corporate quality forums, meetings, and initiativesDevelop, maintain, and control quality documents, SOPs, and the quality document master list; serve as Document Custodian as requiredDevelop and maintain the organizational Quality Plan ensuring full ISO 9001 complianceManage records throughout their full lifecycle using the Corporate Document Management SystemSupport continuous improvement (CI) events as both participant and lead, applying PDCA, 6S, and Lean methodologiesCollect, analyze, and report quality metrics; serve as point of contact for the organization's measurement programTrack audit findings, self-assessments, and improvement initiatives in the Crane Action Management System (CAMS)Support the division risk management program, including documentation, disposition, and Risk Management Board operationsDevelop and deliver training and educational materials across multiple organizational levelsRequirementsBachelor's or advanced degree in a business or technical field7-10 years of experience in engineering/science management, operations research analysis, or financial/cost analysisFoundational knowledge of ISO 9001:2015Experience in quality management or documentation controlISO Lead Auditor training or certification (or willingness to obtain)Strong communication skills across all organizational levelsSelf-starter with the ability to independently manage workload after 18 monthsAbility to obtain and maintain a Secret level security clearancePreferredPrior DoW or government quality management experienceEngaged learner with a long-term interest in quality management as a careerOur CompanyAmerican Technology Solutions International Corp.
