We're seeking an experienced and collaborative Project Manager who thrives when people are in sync and projects are running not just on time but within budget. Based at our clients sites in the Buffalo, NY area, you will report directly to the Sr. Project Manager and will work alongside other project team members focusing on project from conception to close out phase. Youll manage various projects using established controls/procedures and provide job site leadership in all areas of scheduling, safety, quality, coordination with the designers and any critical issues pertinent to the project or the clients facility and have a full working knowledge of the change order and cost review process and the review/approval of contractors payment application. Bring your expertise to solve complex problems and provide effective, skilled project management to help reduce the costs of delivering projects. Your ability to multi-task, communicate effectively and tackle project challenges will allow you to thrive in our fast-paced environment. Heres what youll need: 10+ years experience in construction involving multiple phases of large-scale building/rehabilitation projects Strong working knowledge of pre-design and pre-construction, contract management, project delivery methods, building systems/components and technology, team building, and client relationship building Must be able to manage 4-5 projects using established controls/procedures and provide job site leadership in all areas of scheduling, safety, quality, coordination with the designers and any critical issues pertinent to the project OSHA 30 or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire Ideally, youll also have: Certified Construction Manager (CCM) certification Sponsorship is not provided for this position. #NorthPMCM #EastPMCM #LI-SD2 Our health and welfare benefits are designed to invest in you, and in the things you care about. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
