Role Description This is a full-time on-site position located in Delhi, OH, for a Cluster Head. The Cluster Head will be responsible for managing and leading regional teams to meet sales and performance goals. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing sales strategies, monitoring and analyzing market trends, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring seamless operations within the assigned cluster. The role requires leadership in conducting performance reviews, providing training, and ensuring compliance with company standards while driving sustainable growth. Qualifications Experience in sales strategy development, business development, and account managementStrong leadership abilities in team management, training, and performance evaluationsSkills in market analysis, operations planning, and logistical coordinationExcellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship management skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environmentProficiency in using data-driven approaches for decision-making and reportingFamiliarity with the financial services and payments industry is a plusBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or equivalent field
