Job Description: Agile Scrum Master & Project EngineerJob SummaryWe are seeking a proactive and organized Agile Scrum Master & Project Engineer to lead Agile delivery processes and support project execution across cross-functional teams. The role involves facilitating Scrum ceremonies, tracking project progress, removing blockers, coordinating stakeholders, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesFacilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews.Support project planning, scheduling, resource coordination, and execution activities.Monitor sprint progress, project timelines, risks, and dependencies.Work closely with Product Owners, developers, QA teams, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.Remove impediments and help teams maintain productivity and Agile best practices.Track and report project status, KPIs, sprint metrics, and delivery milestones.Maintain project documentation, user stories, backlog updates, and action items.Ensure adherence to Agile methodologies and continuous improvement practices.Coordinate testing, deployment, and release management activities.Support communication between technical and business teams.Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and SDLC methodologies.Experience using tools such as:JiraConfluenceAzure DevOpsTrello or similar project management toolsKnowledge of software development lifecycle and project delivery processes.Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.Ability to manage cross-functional teams and stakeholder communication. Preferred CertificationsCertified Scrum Master (CSM)Professional Scrum Master (PSM)PMI-ACP or PMP certification (preferred)
