Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Generalist located in Indianapolis, IN. The Human Resources Generalist will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, implementing HR policies and procedures, handling employee relations, overseeing benefits administration, and ensuring compliance with applicable employment laws. The individual will also support recruitment efforts, performance management processes, and employee engagement initiatives. Qualifications Comprehensive knowledge of Human Resources (HR) practices and principlesExperience with HR Management and implementation of HR PoliciesUnderstanding of Employee Benefits and experience with Benefits AdministrationStrong skills in communication, organization, and problem-solvingAbility to work independently in a fast-paced environmentFamiliarity with employment laws and regulationsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferredHR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus
