onsemi's semiconductor fabrication facility in Syracuse, NY is looking for a highly skilled Photo Equipment Engineer with expertise in Vertical Gallium Nitride (GaN) technology to join the team. Our technology enables the next generation of power conversion, accelerating the transition to high efficiency, high power conversion solutions and inspiring new power system architectures. This role is critical to the development, optimization, and sustainment of photolithography and related process equipment supporting next-generation GaN-based devices.
