We are seeking an experienced Senior Superintendent to lead and oversee all aspects of construction project execution. This is a key leadership role responsible for driving project success through effective scheduling, site management, safety enforcement, and quality controlWhat You’ll DoOversee day-to-day construction operations on-site, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budgetLead and manage site teams, subcontractors, and vendors to maintain productivity and accountabilityDevelop and manage project schedules, ensuring milestones and deadlines are metEnforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with all regulations and building codesMaintain high standards of quality control across all phases of constructionCollaborate with clients, stakeholders, and project teams to ensure seamless communication and executionProactively identify and resolve issues to keep projects on trackWhat We’re Looking ForExtensive experience in construction supervision and project management, with a focus on industrial projectsStrong ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and construction schedulesIn-depth knowledge of safety regulations, quality standards, and building codesProven leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and resolve conflicts effectivelyExcellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilitiesProficiency in construction management software and tools
