We achieve this byinvesting in our people, continuously improving our processes, and delivering results that set the standardin the electrical contracting industryPosition SummaryThe Content Creator is an execution-focused role responsible for capturing, producing, editing, andorganizing high-quality visual content that supports Hays Electrical Services’ marketing, communications,and brand initiatives. This position plays a critical role in documenting company projects, people, internaland external events, and company culture through professional photo and video assets used acrossdigital platforms, internal communications, and external marketing channels.This role is hands-on and production-driven, with a strong emphasis on on-site capture, short-formcontent creation, asset management, and creative support. While the Content Creator does not ownstrategy, they are essential in bringing marketing initiatives to life through disciplined execution, reliability,and consistent adherence to brand and safety standards.Key ResponsibilitiesContent & Digital Support Draft, edit, and schedule LinkedIn posts, newsletters, and internal communications under brand standards Update the company website with project photos, portfolio updates, and sector tagging for SEO optimization Support design and collateral production through Canva, Adobe, or similar platformsAdministrative & Organizational Support Maintain and organize SharePoint/OneDrive marketing folders, photo libraries, and digital asset systems Manage marketing request forms and SOP workflows, ensuring timely tracking and execution Provide administrative support for high-priority marketing and executive projectsSocial Media & Analytics Monitor and track LinkedIn engagement metrics, website analytics, and other KPIs Research and propose content opportunities aligned with Hays’ brand, partnerships, and industry presence Support consistent social media posting cadence and performance reportingInternal Communications & Branding Assist with distributing company newsletters, announcements, and branded internal campaigns Support recognition initiatives such as Culture Corner and Safety Blitz Ensure all internal deliverables meet brand standards and reinforce company cultureKey Performance Indicators (KPIs) Maintain accurate, organized, and up-to-date marketing systems, including digital assets, projectfiles, and shared platforms, with no backlog or loss of information Ensure all marketing requests, tasks, and deliverables are tracked, communicated, andcompleted on time without follow-up required Maintain clear, proactive, and consistent communication across departments to supportalignment and execution of marketing initiatives Keep all marketing calendars, platforms, and content channels current, accurate, and activelymanaged Execute all deliverables with a high level of accuracy, consistency, and alignment to brandstandards Identify opportunities to improve workflows, organization, and processes, and contribute to theongoing development of marketing systemsQualifications & Skills High school diploma required; 1–3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or arelated field Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail Experience managing social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn Basic experience with website updates or content management systems Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word) Highly organized with strong time management skills; able to manage multiple priorities and meetdeadlines in a fast-paced environment Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality, accuracy, and consistency across deliverables Clear and professional communicator, able to collaborate across departments and levels ofleadership Adaptable and proactive, with the ability to anticipate needs and take initiative Able to execute with speed while maintaining accuracy and professionalismPreferred Experience in construction, engineering, or a related industry Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools Experience with SharePoint, OneDrive, or digital asset management systems Understanding of basic SEO principles and website content optimization Exposure to marketing analytics tools and performance trackingWhy Join Hays Electrical Services?At Hays Electrical Services, you’re joining a team that values professionalism, accountability, and growth.As part of our Marketing and Communications team, you’ll play a hands-on role in capturing and sharingthe work, people, and culture that power our continued successBenefits Include: Competitive salary based on experience Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance Generous paid time off and company holidays Opportunities for professional growth and development in a supportive, fast-paced environmentPowered by JazzHRSvIo36YAL6
