Focused sessions with a Certified Trainer will be conducted periodically to help you succeed Responsibilities Welcome customers in a timely, friendly manner and obtain necessary vehicle information Advise customers on necessary services, recalls, routine maintenance and other repairs needed Review service contract options and vehicle protection plans based on customer needs Prepare repair orders showing time, cost, and labor estimates Compose detailed descriptions of customer concerns on repair orders to familiarize technicians on work to perform Explain all diagnoses, work performed, and any repair order charges to the customer Help identify mechanical problems by carefully listening to customer concerns, doing visual inspections, and if needed, conducting road tests Answer incoming service calls, schedule service appointments, and always maintain excellent communication Follow our most important Core Value of Customer Service Above All Else to maintain manufacturer CSI scoring above industry average Compensation Details Experience preferred, but not necessary Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, Life Insurance, and 401k benefit package options available Competitive Holiday/Vacation/Time Off benefits Quarterly and annual award opportunities based on demonstration of our Core Values Competitive Pay Plans Requirements Excellent communication skills Valid driver’s license Personal auto insurance Ability to multitask Friendly, outgoing personality Ray Laethem Motor Village may order a consumer report and/or an investigative consumer report that may include information as to your character, general reputation, personal characteristics, mode of living, work habits, performance, and experiences, along with reasons for termination of past employment, in compliance with applicable law and as directed by company policy and consistent with the job described, The Company may request information from public and private sources about, but not limited to your: workers’ compensation injuries, driving record, court record, education, credentials, credit, references, and drug testing to detect the use of illegal drugs prior to and during employment.
