Position Overview
Our service advisors offer world-class customer service while acting as a liaison between our respected customers and our skilled and licensed technician team
No prior service advisor experience necessary! Focused sessions with a Certified Trainer will be conducted periodically to help you succeed
Responsibilities
Welcome customers in a timely, friendly manner and obtain necessary vehicle information
Advise customers on necessary services, recalls, routine maintenance and other repairs needed
Review service contract options and vehicle protection plans based on customer needs
Prepare repair orders showing time, cost, and labor estimates
Compose detailed descriptions of customer concerns on repair orders to familiarize technicians on work to perform
Explain all diagnoses, work performed, and any repair order charges to the customer
Help identify mechanical problems by carefully listening to customer concerns, doing visual inspections, and if needed, conducting road tests
Answer incoming service calls, schedule service appointments, and always maintain excellent communication
Follow our most important Core Value of Customer Service Above All Else to maintain manufacturer CSI scoring above industry average
