Position:Site Scheduler / End-to-End Project Scheduler
Duration:Long-term contract
Location:Bridgeport, AL - 3x onsite per week
Pay:$65-$75/hour.Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.TheSite Scheduler (End-to-End Project Scheduler – EPS)is responsible for developing, managing, analyzing, and reporting integrated construction schedules from early concept through project closeout. This role serves as the scheduling authority on site, ensuring contractor schedules comply with contract specifications, industry best practices, and internal governance requirements while providing proactive insight into risks, recovery options, and forecast outcomes.The EPS partners closely with Project Managers, General Contractors, cross-functional stakeholders, and central planning teams to drive schedule quality, transparency, and decision-making across the full project lifecycle.Must-Have Qualifications
7+ yearsof construction scheduling experience on large, complex projects
Expert proficiency inPrimavera P6(required)
Deep understanding ofCPM scheduling , baseline development, and schedule controls
Experience reviewing and auditing contractor schedules againstcontract specifications
Strong knowledge ofDCMA 14-Point Analysis
Proven ability to manageintegrated master schedules (IMS)
Experience working directly withGeneral Contractors and subcontractors
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to operate independently and serve as theschedule authority on sitePlusses / Nice-to-Haves
Experience supportingdata centers, advanced manufacturing, life sciences, or mission-critical facilities
Exposure toearned value management (EVM)and cash flow forecasting
Experience withcommissioning schedule integration
Familiarity withowner-furnished equipment (OFE)tracking
Background supportingGMP / IFP / IFGMPproject delivery models
Experience working in highly standardized, multi-region scheduling environmentsTools & Systems

Excel (advanced)
Schedule reporting and analytics tools
Experience working within enterprise scheduling governance frameworksCompensation:
$65/hour to $75/hour.
