This role focuses on delivering a high-level client experience through strong product knowledge, personalized service, and active selling. The Sales Associate introduces customers to Vuarnet eyewear and skiwear collections, highlighting performance, design, and technical innovation while supporting overall store sales and service standards.JOB RESPONSIBILITIESCustomer Engagement & ServiceDeliver a personalized and elevated client experience in-storeBuild strong customer relationships through attentive service and product recommendationsEducate clients on Vuarnet products, including key features and performance benefitsAnswer customer inquiries in-store and by phone in a professional and timely mannerProduct Knowledge & Store SupportMaintain strong knowledge of Vuarnet eyewear and skiwear collectionsSupport visual merchandising and maintain an organized, premium store environmentUse product understanding to support confident selling and client educationSales & Team SupportContribute to achieving daily and monthly sales goals and KPI targetsSupport the boutique team in delivering a consistent and elevated client experienceAssist with general store operations and uphold a positive team culturePerform other duties as assignedPROFILE1–3 years of retail or customer-facing experience preferredStrong communication and interpersonal skillsComfortable working in a fast-paced retail environmentBasic understanding of POS systems and store operationsFlexible availability, including weekends and peak periodsTeam-oriented, reliable, and customer-focused Interest in premium retail, eyewear, or lifestyle brandsPlease note that this is a part-time position and the hiring range for this role ranges from $20-26/hour plus sales commissions.
