Your primary focus is ensuring consistent, guest-focused service through strong leadership, clear communication, and active presence on the floor. You will collaborate closely with the General Manager and kitchen leadership to coordinate service flow, support team performance, and resolve guest needs with care and professionalism. This role requires the ability to coach and motivate others, manage multiple priorities, and remain calm in a fast-paced environment. Your leadership directly contributes to guest satisfaction, team engagement, and the overall success of the restaurant.Minimum QualificationsPrevious restaurant management experience in a service-driven environmentStrong leadership and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced settingAvailability to work evenings, weekends, and holidaysCommitment to high standards of service, safety, and compliancePreferred QualificationsExperience in fine dining or upscale casual restaurantsProven success coaching and developing front-of-house teamsKnowledge of scheduling, labor management, and cost awarenessFamiliarity with health, safety, and alcohol service regulationsResponsibilitiesLead, coach, and inspire the dining room team to deliver exceptional guest servicePartner with the General Manager to coordinate service flow and daily operationsEngage with guests and resolve concerns with professionalism and careSupport restaurant goals through effective scheduling and labor managementEnsure compliance with health, safety, and alcohol service standardsParticipate in training, special events, and company initiatives that strengthen team cultureSkillsStrong hospitality and people leadership skillsClear communication and sound decision-makingAbility to remain calm and professional during high-volume serviceTeam development, accountability, and performance managementAttention to detail and operational excellenceBenefits offered:Overtime along with an incentive percentage of 0% - 1.55% is decided upon hire and is based on the operating profit of the Restaurant and paid out in accordance of our incentive and period-based cycle.Full time employees maintaining an average of 25 hours a week have an option to enroll in medical insurance and an HSA account while those who maintain 20 hours can choose to enroll in dental, vision, voluntary life, and pet Insurance. Employees are enrolled in the company's 401k plan with an annual discretionary match after 500 hours of employment. Vacation and Sick Time are each separately front loaded at the beginning of the calendar year with 10 days annually and prorated depending on the time of year.
