The ideal candidate is collaborative, operationally strong, and experienced in leading teams within an acute care setting. The Director – Cardiovascular Services is responsible for the direction, coordination, and overall management of assigned departments to ensure high-quality patient care, operational efficiency, and alignment with the hospital’s strategic goals. This role oversees nursing and respiratory care services while supporting program development and community-focused healthcare initiatives. Must-Have QualificationsBachelor’s degree (required)3–5 years of experience in an acute care hospital settingMinimum 2 years of experience in cardiovascular services or specialty areaStrong leadership and management experienceActive RN License (or ability to obtain Multi-State RN License within 30 days)BLS CPR certification (required within 7 days of hire)Strong communication, operational, and leadership skills
