If so, let’s chat.Advanced Wireless Communications is looking for a Marketing Project Manager to join our Marketing Team. This role serves as a key connector between Marketing, Product, Engineering, and Sales to ensure projects, launches, campaigns, and product initiatives move forward successfully and on time.This is a hands-on project management and execution role with real ownership. You will help create structure, build processes, coordinate timelines, and ensure deliverables are completed across multiple teams. In addition to managing projects and launches, this role will support the creation and organization of marketing and product-related materials using established templates and brand guidelines.We are looking for someone who is highly organized, proactive, comfortable making decisions, and able to keep momentum moving even when information or priorities shift.This role can be hybrid for the right candidate but requires strong communication, collaboration, and ownership.What You’ll Do:Lead and coordinate marketing and product-related projects from planning through execution including:Build project timelines, workflows, and launch plansCoordinate deliverables across Marketing, Product, Engineering, and SalesTrack progress, identify gaps, and ensure deadlines are metHelp create scalable processes and improve workflow efficiencyKeep projects moving forward in fast-paced environments with shifting prioritiesGather and organize technical and product information from internal teamsTranslate complex information into clear, usable marketing and support materialsSupport go-to-market initiatives and launch readinessCoordinate creation and updates of product documentation, sales materials, guides, labels, and supporting collateralDesign and format materials using Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop while following brand standards and templatesSupport creation of product-related visual assets and videosMaintain organized documentation and ensure materials remain accurate and up to dateCommunicate project status, timelines, and priorities clearly across teamsWhat We’re Looking ForStrong project management and organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities simultaneouslyComfortable working cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teamsStrong communication skills with the ability to coordinate and drive progress across teamsAbility to identify gaps, solve problems, and move projects forward independentlyComfortable working with incomplete information and adapting quicklyStrong attention to detail and follow-throughExperience coordinating marketing, product, creative, or cross-functional projectsProficiency in Microsoft Office toolsProficiency in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop requiredAbility to create and format professional collateral using templates and brand standardsExperience in technical, product-focused, manufacturing, or B2B environments is a plusApplicants must be located in the Greater Minneapolis–St. Paul area or open to occasional travel to our Lakeville, MN headquartersWhat You’ll GetA key role in driving launches and major marketing initiativesDirect collaboration with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing teamsOpportunity to help build scalable processes and workflowsA collaborative and supportive team environmentCompetitive pay and benefitsAdditional InformationEmployment is contingent upon successful completion of a background check.
