Program Manager/Software Developer

Overview In this role you will support the USPS TAPM Team with planning, coordination, and execution of initiatives that enhance operational efficiency in mail processing. You will bridge business needs and technical work, contribute to software development and system integration, and ensure timely delivery of artifacts and documentation. You’ll work in a hybrid Fairfax setting, collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to enable smooth program execution and continuous improvement.
