Please visit www.Halton.com for more information.Summary:This role ensures successful installation, commissioning, and support of Halton equipment through start-ups, training, and troubleshooting. It involves extensive travel, customer interaction, and promotion of service and maintenance contracts while providing detailed reports and feedback to improve quality.Location:This is a fully remote position. The perspective applicant must be located in Texas to support our operations in these areas.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Duties may include the following. Other duties may be assigned as deemed necessary to support quality goals and objectives.Completing Start-ups on Halton kitchen ventilation equipmentAttending Pre-Commissioning meetings: onsite coordination with trades for Halton kitchen ventilation equipment installationsOwner/Operator training which includes warranty activation, how to service the system, how to operate the touch screens and how the system works and saves energyCARE visits: onsite training sessions for the end usersPromotion of Monitoring Contracts to owners/operatorsProviding owner/operator contact information for SharePoint databaseTrouble shooting performance issuesPromotion of Maintenance ContractsPromotion of Service and Parts and coordination with owner/operator and HSN ManagerCoordination with Sales on calls for large project meetings in the design stageAbility to travel for up to 48 weeks out of the yearHandle calls and emails from customers concerning all Halton productsAbility to write detailed reports on every job site visitReport feedback from the field to improve qualityAbility to perform office duties when not traveling, such as parts ordering, scheduling etc.Assist the HSN manager with any specific projects or duties as assignedQualifications:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
