Explore Opportunities TodayPosition Title: Mortgage Operations Supervisor Reports To: Operations Manager Position OverviewThe Mortgage Operations Supervisor is a self-motivated professional with strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills. This role works closely with the Operations Manager, Chief Strategy Officer, and members of the operations team to support daily operations and oversee offshore staff. The position plays a key role in improving processes, managing projects, and ensuring compliance with investor, state, and agency requirements. Key ResponsibilitiesWork with the managers in the operations department to improve efficiency, productivity and accountability. Collaborate with the operations management team to enhance and maintain operational policies and procedures. Assist the Operations Manager with operational initiatives, special projects, and process improvements. Perform additional duties as assigned by management. Education and ExperienceMinimum of 5 years of mortgage operations experience, with specific experience managing or working with offshore teams. Working knowledge of the Encompass Loan Origination System preferred. Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. Skills and QualificationsAbility to work independently while also functioning effectively as part of a team. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, multitask, and meet or exceed deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Excellent attention to detail with strong research and analytical abilities. Demonstrated critical-thinking skills and the ability to respond to time-sensitive business needs. Excellent written and verbal communication skills across all levels of the organization. Strong customer service orientation. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Willingness to attend training and learn updated procedures as required. Demonstrates initiative, sound judgment, self-motivation, and a commitment to professional growth and increasing responsibility.
