Maintenance Technician

📍 Pico Rivera, CA (On-site) 💰 $26–$30/hour + Overtime 🕒 Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Day shift; occasional weekends)About the RoleMixed Nuts, Inc. is hiring a hands-on Maintenance Technician to support production equipment and facility operations in a food manufacturing environment.This is a well-rounded role focused on equipment troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, and repair across packaging, roasting, and material handling systems. You’ll also handle general facility maintenance and light fabrication work as needed.What You’ll DoTroubleshoot, repair, and maintain facility equipment: Packaging and roasting machinery Electric pallet jacks and forklifts Perform preventative maintenance to reduce downtime and improve reliability Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues independently when possible Perform light fabrication (cutting, grinding, drilling; welding a plus) Handle basic facility maintenance (lighting, plumbing, minor HVAC) Follow safety, GMP, and lockout/tagout procedures Technical RequirementsComfortable working with:AC Power:115V 220–240V (220V 3-phase)460/480V 3-phase DC Power:3V–32V DC (controls, sensors, power supplies) What We’re Looking ForStrong mechanical repair skills and working electrical knowledge Experience troubleshooting equipment in a production or industrial setting Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, and meters Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a hands-on environment Preferred:Experience in manufacturing or food production Welding or fabrication experience Basic plumbing or HVAC knowledge Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain) Why Join UsStable, growing company with long-term opportunity Small team with real responsibility Hands-on role with a variety of equipment Overtime available Opportunity for growth
