UI Developer / Front-End DeveloperMemphis, TN (Hybrid Onsite)We are seeking an experienced UI Developer / Front-End Developer to design, build, and maintain responsive web applications. This role will work closely with product, design, and backend engineering teams to deliver clean, scalable, user-friendly digital experiences.The ideal candidate has strong front-end development experience, a solid understanding of modern JavaScript frameworks, and the ability to build high-quality web interfaces that are responsive, performant, and easy to maintain.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain user-facing features for web applicationsTranslate UI/UX designs into clean, responsive, and scalable front-end codeBuild reusable components and front-end librariesOptimize applications for speed, performance, and scalabilityIntegrate front-end applications with REST APIs and backend servicesTroubleshoot and resolve front-end issues, including browser compatibility challengesCollaborate with designers, product teams, backend developers, and other engineering partnersParticipate in Agile ceremonies including stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog discussionsContribute to code reviews and front-end development best practicesParticipate in a rotating support schedule for light validation activities and occasional after-hours support needsRequired Qualifications7+ years of professional front-end development experienceStrong proficiency with HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript ES6+Experience with at least one modern front-end framework such as React, Angular, or Vue.jsExperience building responsive, mobile-friendly web applicationsStrong understanding of cross-browser compatibility and accessibility standardsExperience integrating front-end applications with RESTful APIsExperience using Git or similar version control toolsStrong troubleshooting, debugging, and problem-solving skillsAbility to work effectively in a collaborative Agile environmentAbility to work a hybrid onsite schedule in Memphis, TNPreferred QualificationsExperience building reusable UI components or component librariesExperience optimizing front-end application performanceExperience collaborating closely with UX/UI designersFamiliarity with modern front-end development tools and workflowsHow to ApplyQualified candidates are encouraged to submit a current resume for confidential consideration.
