We're headquartered in Birmingham, AL, and growing fast.About The RoleTransform9 ships AI voice agents into live healthcare environments where coordination across engineering, product, integrations, and customer success determines whether a launch succeeds. As Technical Project Manager, you'll drive cross-functional delivery — turning roadmaps into sequenced, dependency-aware plans, keeping technical and customer-facing teams aligned, and making sure complex, multi-team initiatives land on time and to spec.What You'll DoOwn end-to-end delivery of cross-functional technical projects — from kickoff through launch and post-launch reviewBuild and maintain project plans, timelines, and dependency maps across engineering, product, integrations, and customer successRun planning, standups, and retrospectives; keep teams unblocked and accountable to commitmentsTranslate product and technical requirements into clear scope, milestones, and acceptance criteriaIdentify risks and surface tradeoffs early; drive decisions that keep projects on scheduleCoordinate platform launches and new practice onboardings against measurable readiness criteriaCommunicate status, risks, and timelines clearly to engineering leadership and stakeholdersImprove delivery processes, tooling, and documentation as the team scalesLocationRemote (US).
