Our role is to help make our customers happy serving both them and their customers.We are looking for a Manager - Capital Deployment to join our finance team at our main office in St. Louis, MO. Reporting directly to the CFO, this person will manage capital expenditures by channel and develop initiatives to improve equipment spend trends.Responsibilities:Lead the company's Asset Protection Team. This team is responsible for developing ways to lower brewing equipment spend as a % of sales and EBITDAProvide recommendations to leadership on ways to lower equipment spendCoordinate other cost-effective measures including graphic spend, refurb vs. newLead new initiatives around equipment including using new tracking measures (bar code scanning, serial number)Develop weekly and monthly reporting and analysis of equipment deployment vs. budgetForecast spend by channel and provide solutions to improve cost, including alternative equipment and/or vendors that will result in better ROIDevelop capital spend reports and analysis, and work with leaders to manage spend, identifying areas of savings opportunitiesEnsure requests for equipment in accounts (new or existing) fall within the allowed payback requirementsDevelop additional reports including equipment with no sales, look back analysis and payback analysis.Manage parts usage by route and develop ways to lower inventory levelsEnsures customer data integrity is complete, accurate, and consistent across all systems (CRM, GP, Prism)Qualifications:BS in Business or OperationsStrong systems knowledge requiredPrevious Microsoft Dynamics (Great Plains) or similar ERP experienceProactive problem solver and project managers who works well with team and is solution-orientedProficient in ExcelProficient in MS OfficeExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsWell-developed understanding of manufacturing processesDetail oriented and organizedProven ability to independently prioritize work and meet deadlinesFive years' experience in a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing environmentCurrent Openings for Manager Capital Deployment Jobs at Ronnoco Coffee LLCBelow are some job listings at Ronnoco Coffee LLC that match the common job title you have selected.Job TitleDepartmentLocationClosing DateEmployment TypeSorry, we have no current job openings.
