Corporate & Real Estate Associate Attorney | Southern New HampshireHybrid | Full-Time | 1–4+ Years Experience | Pay: $95-130K DOEOur client, a reputable regional law firm with a strong presence throughout New England, is seeking an Associate Attorney to join its growing Corporate and Real Estate practice group! This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney looking to gain hands-on experience with sophisticated transactional matters while working closely with both local and national clients.This role offers a dynamic mix of corporate transactions, commercial real estate, and finance work, along with meaningful client interaction and early exposure to complex legal matters. Attorneys in this practice are encouraged to take an active role in all stages of transactions and collaborate across multiple offices on matters that frequently span state and regional lines.ResponsibilitiesManage corporate, commercial finance, and real estate transactions from inception to closing Draft and negotiate transactional documents, including purchase and sale agreements and ancillary closing documents Assist with entity formations, governance matters, operating/shareholder agreements, board consents, and commercial contracts Conduct transaction due diligence: title review, title insurance, permitting, and land use matters Collaborate with attorneys across offices on a broad range of transactional matters Maintain strong client relationships while managing multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment QualificationsJuris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school Active New Hampshire bar admission or pending admission 1–4+ years of experience in corporate transactional law, commercial finance, and/or commercial real estate Drafting and negotiation skills related to corporate and real estate transactions Familiarity with corporate governance and ongoing business support matters a plus Interested candidates are encouraged to submit a Word document resume to Natalie at Nsykes@naglergroup.com for immediate consideration!TNG123
