Travel RN Job Details Location: Cleveland, OH 44113 (Ohio City district) Unit: 5D Orthopedic / Surgical (Med/Surg Telemetry) Assignment Length: 13 weeks Shift: Night shift, 3 x 12-hour shifts per week (7:00pm – 7:30am) Hours per Week: 36 Employment Type: Travel RN Contract Start Date: December 19, 2025 End Date: March 20, 2026 Estimated Weekly Salary Range: $1780 - $1910 Registered Nurse Qualifications Minimum 18 months of recent, permanent Med/Surg Telemetry nursing experience required Active Ohio Registered Nurse (RN) license or Compact State RN license Current American Heart Association BLS & ACLS certifications Willingness to obtain NIHSS certification before start date Successful completion of ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate assessment during orientation Travel Nurse Responsibilities Deliver direct patient care in a fast-paced orthopedic/surgical telemetry unit Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms; respond promptly to changes in patient status Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans Accurately document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes Participate in orientation and required competency assessments Maintain compliance with hospital and healthcare policies and procedures Experience the excitement of Cleveland’s Ohio City district—known for its historic charm, thriving local businesses, and easy access to Lake Erie.
