Caregivers Non Medical

Job Description Job Summary:We are seeking compassionate, reliable, and dedicated caregivers to provide non-medical support and companionship to clients in their homes. As an in-home caregiver, you will help individuals maintain their independence and dignity by assisting with daily activities, offering companionship, and creating a safe, comfortable environment.Key Responsibilities:Assist clients with daily living activities such as:Light housekeepingMeal preparation and feeding assistanceLaundry and linen changesMedication reminders (no administering)Provide companionship through conversation, activities, and emotional supportAssist with mobility and transfers (from bed, chair, etc.)Accompany clients to appointments, errands, or social outings (if applicable)Monitor and report any changes in client condition or behavior to supervisorMaintain client confidentiality and respect their home and lifestyleQualifications:High school diploma or GED preferredPrevious caregiving experience (professional or personal) is a plusReliable transportation and valid driver’s license (if travel is required)Must pass background check and drug screeningCPR/First Aid certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)Ability to lift, move, or assist clients safelySkills and Qualities:Empathetic, patient, and trustworthyGood communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to follow care plans and adapt to client needsRespectful of boundaries, privacy, and cultural differencesSelf-motivated and dependable
