Parts and Equipment Associate

In this role, you'll be at the center of our day-to-day operations, keeping things moving by ensuring our sales and service teams have exactly what they need, when they need it. From coordinating orders to fulfilling specialty coffee equipment, parts, and water filtration supplies, your work will directly support the quality and efficiency our customers rely on. You'll also get out in the field from time to time, making local deliveries and assisting technicians with equipment installations and removals. You'll spend some time in our full service shop working on projects while getting hands-on experience with the equipment. If you're organized, eager to learn, and like working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same, we'd love to hear from you.ResponsibilitiesThe essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:Receive, process, and ship parts, water filtration products, and equipment ordersPlace purchase orders for domestic parts and water filtration suppliesOperate a forklift to move and organize palletized equipmentAssist with reconciling new and used equipment inventorySupport cycle counts for parts and water filtration inventoryWork closely with field service technicians to identify and pull required partsDeliver parts locally to technicians as neededAssist technicians with equipment installations and removals, including lift supportTransfer equipment between facilities and off-site warehouse locationsProvide high-quality customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactionsMaintain an organized and efficient workspaceAssist with projects in the shop Perform other duties as assignedRequirementsEssential QualificationsHigh school diploma or GEDValid driver's license with the ability to be insuredStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsExcellent time management and ability to prioritize tasksProven customer service and communication skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamComfortable using computers, including Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive)Preferred QualificationsVocational or technical degree; or 1-2 years of experience in shipping/receiving or inventory controlForklift certification and hands-on experienceFamiliarity with NetSuite or similar ERP systemsBenefitsBenefitsHourly rate of $20-$24 depending on experienceBring your own device policy with $30 per pay period cell phone reimbursementMedical, dental and vision insuranceRetirement account matchingGenerous vacation policy & paid holidaysCompany paid life insurance & long term disabilityOngoing career development & trainingEducational assistance program that reimburses tuitionEmployee discounts on items from our product division, Intermix Beverage
