Associate Attorney - Employment

Job Title : Litigation Attorney – EmploymentLocation : Onsite, Hybrid or Remote (San Diego, CA 92130)About the Role :We are seeking a skilled Litigation Attorney with 2-10+ years of experience to join our Employment practice. In this role, you will have the unique opportunity to work alongside highly accomplished attorneys on a diverse range of complex employment litigation cases, including depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and trial preparation. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated attorney to grow their legal expertise while contributing to the success of a well-respected firm.Key Responsibilities :Partner with skilled and experienced attorneys to represent clients in employment litigation cases, from pre-trial to post-trial.Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and other legal documents.Participate in depositions, mediations, and arbitrations.Collaborate closely with senior attorneys to prepare for trials.Provide clients with clear, strategic advice on employment law matters.Qualifications :Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.Active membership in the California State Bar.2-10+ years of experience in employment litigation or relevant legal experience.Exceptional legal research, writing, and analytical skills.Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment.Compensation & Benefits :Salary : $110,000-$210,000+, commensurate with experience.We also offer bonus opportunities, generous benefits, including health insurance and 401(k) with company match, and a great work atmosphere.
