Together, we can improve more lives in more ways.The Consulting ERP Architect is responsible for setting the technical direction of all software development in the ERP Space for both Vendor provided/derived software as well as custom development. The architect will work with other subject-specific architects, such as HR and Finance, to devise the appropriate direction for solutions with a focus on utilizing existing tooling. This position will also provide consulting services for other teams in the areas of break/fix, performance improvement, monitoring, etc. when the teams are unable to reach an acceptable solution on their own. In addition, the architect will build and design Proof of Concepts for solutions for other teams to implement as well as perform Research and Development of possible solutions for known future scenarios.The ideal candidate possesses and utilizes significant breadth and depth of experience in ERP-related systems and will be expected to steer the technical work across the teams. The candidate should be a polyglot that is interested in using the appropriate tool for the job. This candidate will work across the ERP organization and with other functional groups, including vendor development teams and other application development teams in addition to infrastructure areas such as system administration teams, database teams, and cloud teams. Strong interpersonal skills, including a desire to work within a highly matrixed team-oriented environment, are a must.
