Job Title: Delivery Service DispatcherJob DescriptionThe Delivery Service Dispatcher will focus on generating cases for billing disputes and servicing CO2 tanks. The role involves logging calls, creating service tickets, scheduling and dispatching service, and assisting with billing disputes, gas refills, and equipment safety issues. This position demands accuracy, attention to detail, and strong communication skills. The role includes a comprehensive training program with three weeks of classroom instruction followed by one week of hands-on training with a supervisor.Responsibilities+ Generate cases for billing disputes and CO2 tank service.+ Log calls and create service tickets efficiently.+ Schedule and dispatch service personnel as needed.+ Assist with billing disputes, gas refills, and equipment safety issues.+ Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.Essential Skills+ Customer service experience.+ Dispatch and logistics coordination experience.+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer navigation.+ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.+ Organizational skills with attention to detail.Additional Skills & Qualifications+ Ability to work weekends and flexible schedules.+ Basic computer literacy and quick learning of new systems.Work EnvironmentThe position is based onsite in an air-conditioned office setting in Stuart, FL. The work environment is collaborative, with a supportive team culture. The initial training is conducted Monday through Friday, either from 8 AM to 5 PM or 9 AM to 6 PM, for three weeks in the classroom followed by one week of hands-on training. Multiple schedules are available, including positions with varying days off and work hours ranging from early mornings to evenings.Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Stuart, FL.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
